Scope of Work
The build.
A two-phase engagement — a full site rebuild and front-end experience, followed by backend gallery management. Both phases are included in this proposal.
Phase 1 — Site Rebuild & Front-End Experience
- Full site rebuild on the existing architecture, elevating the UI/UX to meet Corey's updated preferences.
- Dedicated landing pages by category — sports, nature, weddings, and others — each with its own URL Corey can send directly to prospective clients.
- Category filtering across the site.
- A light admin portal giving Corey front-end management access to make revisions himself.
Phase 2 — Backend Gallery Management
- Branded, multi-client gallery system where clients log in to view and access their own shoots.
- Automatic link generation and email notification to clients as soon as a gallery is ready.
- Improved photo download options for clients, including full-resolution downloads.
- Faster-loading galleries through automatic image optimization on upload.
- Corey continues uploading and organizing everything from a single portal, streamlined from the current process.
- Image storage handled through Cloudflare R2.
Two ways to structure this, depending on what fits.
- Content build, delivered as a single upfront batch and distributed on a set posting schedule going forward — lower upfront cost, no ongoing maintenance required.
- Or ongoing management, with Lucid Project running the account monthly as Corey's point person — weekly posts, planned and published on an ongoing basis, strategy adjusting as the account grows.
